While we try to take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the information on this website we do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, adequacy or completeness of any of the website content. You acknowledge and accept that the website content may include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, if you notice, you are more than welcome to email us to get it corrected. The website content is subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it.
It is your responsibility to enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material or information you seek to rely upon. All information given is general information and may not be suitable for you at this time. You are in charge of your money, and what you do with it. If information you read on this website, or associated social media pages, feels wrong to you, do not implement or do it.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or from viruses or anything else which may damage any computer which accesses the website or any data on such a computer.

As a member you are allowed to download, print and access the resources on this website for your personal or for use in your own business. You may not use the resources to on-sell to anyone else without prior approval in writing from Intentional Money Management Pty Ltd.
Your details
Anything that you enter onto this website, in submitting your email address, answering questions, comments, testimonials, complaints, compliments, etc will be kept private and confidential, unless permission from you is granted.
Memberships
Intentional Money Management teaches Money Management - that is, budgeting concepts, ways to focus on your money so that you can get what you want, understanding risk (what ifs), debt reduction, financial literacy, and coaching - addressing hard to think about issues such as death, divorce, redundancies, retirement - so that you can think about how you can make a plan for your future now, rather than worrying about it later. These conversations may be awkward, but they are designed to get you to change your thinking and take action where previously you may have ignored it.
If you do not agree with any concepts in the training, then you are allowed to express your opinion however if you are disruptive to the group, you may be asked to leave with no offer of refund or compensation.
At the time of writing there are 2 memberships available on this website. All payment details are held secure by Stripe, a secure third party designed for this purpose. You have complete control of the length of your membership, and can cancel at any time. At the time of cancellation you will no longer have access to the member area, and will no longer have access to the zoom calls for support and group sessions.
While you are a member, you are required to attend zoom calls in a professional manner, being respectful to the host and to the other attendees. This includes (but is not limited to):
- wearing appropriate attire
- have an open mind and ready to learn
- be non-argumentative
- willing to ask questions and give answers when prompted
- be friendly and helpful rather than rude and unhelpful
If you wish to have 1:1 support for any of the topics in the membership, this will be at an additional charge.
Refunds
There will be no refunds or discounts given for your inaction. If there is an issue with the website, and you are not able to access the information, or it is not in a format you can use, you are required to let us know within 7 days of noticing, so that we can rectify the issues, and see if there is a workaround, or an alternate way for you to access the materials.
All documents provided within the memberships will be of a PDF format, or Microsoft Excel format.
If after all attempts to give you access to the members area, or the documents fails, we will be willing to refund your membership from the time you notified us of the issue.
Privacy
Your privacy is super important. And for that reason, there is no requirement in any group discussion about how much you earn, how much you have saved or invested, what the value of your super fund is, how much debt you have, etc. Intentional Money Management is all about giving you the skills to do what you want with your money, not to tell you what to do with it (yes - there are guides - but you implement the strategies in a way that works for you). There is no judgement, no requirement to share your story, no need for you to share where you live or what you do. You are here to learn a better way to manage your money.
We acknowledge that everyone's circumstances are different, and this needs to be treated with respect. This means no bullying, harassment, judgement, putting others down if you perceive that they have a different view of things, or a different situation in life. There are also no "shoulds", but rather there are "could trys".
If you feel there is a breach in privacy, then please advise in writing the effect of the privacy breach and how it may have come to pass, so that we may rectify what we can.
Interference
You must not attempt to change, add, remove, deface, hack, add piracy software, bots or viruses to this website.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Western Australia, Australia.
